In your case it sounds as if you just talk to some people. As a customer, I wonder who is injured. I like talking to someone and refuse to leave messages on some desktop machines. As someone who in the definitive purchase .... Never leave messages when I call for the opening times at any time. If no living person that I just hang and will until the next number in the phone or the Internet.
