The guy is 20v4 LTV. The manual does not count, by e-mail customer service, no answer.

Yes you can, depending on what type of TV has inputs, but was probably one or the other. However, you must purchase a cable to each and see which looks best.
Yes you can .... was to tell readers what kind of connections, or on your computer and television.
I just use a yellow composite cable to connect my laptop to my TV.
